You contact the owner to sign the contract
  • We recommend strongly to check all conditions of the contract as you sign it…(Checking ot the flat and inventory)

  • Our tourist information centre can't be responsible for the informations supplied by the owners

    • OWNERS MEMBERS AT THE TOURISM OFFICE
    WHEN YOU ARRIVE
  • Make an inventory and the checking of the flat with the owner or his agent and sign it in 2 specimens

  • Pay the sale of the rent and make the guarantee cheque (it will be returned as your departure after inventory)

  • The tourist tax must be paid by the owner (It could be included in the rent or it could be payed separately)
